Cocktail Recipe of the Week
Gin + Pineapple Shrub + Sparkling Wine
1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Pineapple Shrub
Mix equal parts Pineapple Juice, Sugar, and Apple Cider Vinegar.
Sparkling Wine Float
Garnish: Pineapple wedge & rolled basil leaf
Combine ingredients except wine. Shake, strain over new ice in a Collins glass. Top with sparkling wine.
